The majority of our game schedule has been posted. Please refer to the team calendar. We are still waiting on the dates for 2 away games (Ilderton & Sarnia), but the rest have been posted.

I have until the end of May to reschedule any conflicts, after that we have to pay a fine if we wish to reschedule.

IMPORTANT*** Please email me to let me know of your summer vacation plans so I can plan and reschedule if necessary. There is also an attendance feature on the team website for our game dates. Please mark your child’s attendance in advance of the games when you know your plans and availability.

I am planning for a parent’s meeting after one of our upcoming practices to go over a few summer details. I will let you know when I have that date clarified.

The practice days for spring/summer have been finalized and we will proceed with:

Saturdays 12-1:00 Hazeldon field

We share our Saturday field time with the U10 girls and we are planning to do some joint practices and occasional scrimmages when the numbers allow. This will be helpful for us as we are a very small squad and we know Saturdays were tough for some families.

We have also added a practice for this Sunday April 30th from 11:00-12:30 at Western Alumni Field for those who can attend on short notice.

The game schedule will be posted next week when released by EMDSL.

The kids uniforms and gear have arrived and look fantastic. You can message me individually to arrange pick up sometime at my house, otherwise I will bring it all to our BMO game vs Byron on Thursday April 27th. I will be there early, 6:30, to make sure the girls have it on and ready for our 7:00 pm scrimmage.

Also- Don’t forget this weekend is the Oakridge Grassroots Development Day at Western 12:00-1:30. It is rain or shine and supposed to be chilly and wet, so dress for the weather! I will be running a station so just be sure to check in when you arrive and they will organize the kids into groups which will be mixed, genders and ages.

Good Morning Everyone,

We have finally heard about our practice times for spring and summer.

Starting on May 10th, we will be practicing Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 at Hazeldon fields.

Please mark that in your calendars. We are still working on the second practice day. We have been given Saturdays from 12-1, however the feedback we have received from parents is that Saturdays won’t work for many. I have requested another weekday time with the President of Oakridge, but he says it’s unlikely. We will hear back on May 1st. Our other option is to combine with the 2015 girls on Thursday nights as they have offered to share their field time. This may be a great opportunity for an additional night of skills and scrimmaging with another team. I will keep you posted on the second practice time.

For now:
Wednesday practice 6:30-7:30
Sunday games (draft schedule released to coaches this week). In our division we have teams from Dorchester, Sarnia, St. Thomas, StrathRoy, and London so there will be some light travel.

U8: $350
U9-U12: $400
U13-U21: $450
Adult Programs: $450

Registration for Summer 2023 will close on February 28th, 2023.
